Donovan Enterprises UK, Ltd. warrants all mechanism products (excluding tarps) against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from date of shipment.

In addition, Donovan Enterprises UK, Ltd. provides the following product specific warranties against material defects:

• Electric motors: 3 years from date of shipment
• Roller bar springs: 2 years from date of shipment
• Tarps (Sheets): 180 days from date of shipment

Except as outlined below, this warranty is specifically limited to the replacement or repair, at Donovan’s option, of any such warrantable defects or premature wear when the complete product is returned to the factory freight prepaid. Contact the factory at 0871 272 8277 for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any product. Packages delivered without a RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package may be refused.

Donovan Enterprises UK, Ltd. shall be the sole judge of warranty eligibility for the alleged product defects or premature wear. Donovan reserves the right to refuse to honor this warranty for any products improperly modified, installed, used, maintained, abused or damaged. Products that are returned for warranty consideration and that are found to be non-warrantable are chargeable. Damaged non-warrantable parts will only be returned to the customer upon request prior to any work is begun. The customer is responsible for the cost of repair and return shipping of non-warrantable parts. Payment authorization must be received by Donovan before any non-warrantable equipment is returned. Warrantable products are repaired or replaced at no charge and returned freight prepaid.

Donovan Enterprises UK, Ltd. shall not be liable or responsible to supply or pay labor to replace any part found defective nor shall it be liable for damages of any kind or nature to person, product, property or other incidental or consequential damages.

• Customer must place an initial order and pay in advance of shipment by BACS, check, credit card or cash.
• Customer must submit a completed a Donovan UK Credit Application
• Customer must pay all invoices in full no later than payment due date shown on invoice (standard payment terms are net 45 days from date of invoice)
• Unpaid invoices must not exceed the customer’s credit limit. Credit limits are based upon several factors, including but not limited to:
- Credit agency report
- Check of references listed on credit application
- Initial order total

In most cases, open account credit terms for new and infrequent customers will not be extended for orders under £500 (excluding VAT). Donovan UK reserves the right to deny or cancel open credit to anyone at any time. Any explanation or provision of information pertaining to this decision will be done at the sole discretion of Donovan UK.
